CRM Integration¶

The administrator is able to integrate the CRM master list to Dolphin companies.

In this article:

Creating the unique API key

The user can move to the settings page and click on integration.
This will create a API key which can be used to communicate between CRM and Dolphin
The companies on the Dolphin application will be locked whereas new companies will now be created through CRM.
The API key can be changed if needed through the Dolphin settings page.

Deactivating CRM integration

Once the integration is turned off through Dolphin settings the existing companies made through CRM which are reflecting on Dolphin will be locked.
The user is able to now again create companies through the Dolphin app.
